Chapter 3

Chapter 3

Ku teid ühtes Hristosanke om eläbzoittud kollijoišpäi, ka eckat sidä, mi om ülähän, taivhas, kus Hristos ištub Jumalan oiktal kädel.1If then you were raised together with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated on the right hand of God.
Meletagat siš, mi om taivhas, algat siš, mi om mal.2Set your mind on the things that are above, not on the things that are on the earth.
Ved' tö olet kolnuded, i teiden elo om peittud ühtes Hristosanke Jumalaha.3For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
Konz Hristos, teiden elo, tuleb udes, sid' tö-ki linnet hänenke hänen korktan arvon hoštoteses.4When Christ, our life, is revealed, then you will also be revealed with him in glory.
Ka sid' surmitagat se, mi om teiš neciš miruspäi: vedeluzelo, pagan elo, himonkobaiduz, paha himo da ažlakuz', kudamb om tühjile jumaloile kumardelend.5Put to death therefore your members which are on the earth: sexual immorality, uncleanness, depraved passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.
Niiden tagut tuleb Jumalan viha kundlematomiden päle.6For these things’ sake the wrath of God comes on the children of disobedience.
Tö-ki kävelit nenid teidme, konz elit mugošt elod.7You also once walked in those, when you lived in them;
A nügüd' lükäikat kaik: viha, käreganduz, pahuz', lajindsanad da toižed huiktatomad sanad.8but now you also put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and shameful speaking out of your mouth.
Algat kelastagoi toine toiženke pagištes. Ved' tö olet rušnuded ičetoi «vanh minä» sen kaikiden tegoidenke9Don’t lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old man with his doings,
da olet sädnus udehe, mi kaiken aigan udištase, opendase paremba tundmaha ičeze Tegijad, miše tehtas hänen karččeks.10and have put on the new man, who is being renewed in knowledge after the image of his Creator,
Siloi ei linne enamba grekalaižid, evrejalaižid, ümbrileiktud da ümbrileikmatomid, varvaroid, skifoid, orjid, valdakahid, vaiše Hristos om kaik, hän om kaikiš.11where there can’t be Greek and Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, barbarian, Scythian, bondservant, or free person; but Christ is all, and in all.
Tö, ked olet Jumalan valitud, pühäd da hänele armhad, säkatoiš südäimeližehe žalleičendaha, hüvüdehe, hilläha da laskvaha tabaha, tirpandaha.12Put on therefore, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance;
Tirpkat i prostigat toine tošt, hot' oliži-ki laida toine tošt miš-ni. I muga kut Hristos om prostinu teid, muga prostigat tö-ki.13bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do.
No pälembaižeks sobaks pangat armastuz, kudamb hüvin sidob kaiken ühthe.14Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection.
Mir, kudamban Jumal andab, ohjakaha teiden südäimed, ved' Jumal om ühtenzoitnu teid ühthe hibjaha i kucnu elämaha kožmuses. Algat unohtagoi kitta!15And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body, and be thankful.
Elägaha Hristosan sana täudel märal teiden keskes. Opendagat toine tošt da nevogat toine toižele kaikel melevudel i kitkat Ižandad pajataden südäimiš hänele psalmoid, ülenzoituzrunoid da hengeližid pajoid.16Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your heart to the Lord.
Midä teget, sanoiš vai tegoiš, tehkat kaik Ižandan Iisusan Hristosan nimes i kitkat hänen kal't Jumalad da Tatad.
Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him.
Akad, kundelkat ičetoi mužikoid, muga kut pidab-ki tehta Ižandan uskojile.18Wives, be in subjection to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.
Mužikad, armastagat ičetoi akoid, algat olgoi heile kovad.19Husbands, love your wives, and don’t be bitter against them.
Lapsed, kundelkat kaikes ičetoi kazvatajid, nece om Ižandale mel'he.20Children, obey your parents in all things, for this pleases the Lord.
Tatad, algat kaiken aigan lajigoi lapsid, miše hö ei höšttuiži.21Fathers, don’t provoke your children, so that they won’t be discouraged.
Orjad, kundelkat kaikes ičetoi ižandoid, algat tehkoi necidä vaiše sil'miš, miše olda heile mel'he, a puhthas südäimespäi, Jumalad varaiten.22Servants, obey in all things those who are your masters according to the flesh, not just when they are looking, as men pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing God.
I kaik, midä teget, tehkat kaikes südäimespäi, muga kut tegižit sidä Ižandale, a et toižile mehile.23And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,
Muštkat, miše sat Ižandaspäi paukaks jäl'gestusen. Ved' tö služit Ižandale Hristosale.24knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.
Se, kudamb tegeb värin, sab paukan ičeze radoiden mödhe, sikš ku Jumal ei kacu čomaha modho.25But he who does wrong will receive again for the wrong that he has done, and there is no partiality.
