JEVANGELII IIVANAN MUGAH | John |
Chapter 16 | Chapter 16 |
| 1«Sanoin tämän teile, ku tüö etto kaimuas uskuo minuh. | 1 “I have said these things to you so that you wouldn’t be caused to stumble. |
| 2Teidü eroitetah sinagougispäi, i tulou vie moinegi aigu, konzu jogahine teijän tappajis smiettiü, luadii hüvän ruavon Jumalale. | 2 They will put you out of the synagogues. Yes, the time comes that whoever kills you will think that he offers service to God. |
| 3Nenga hüö luajitah, ku ei tietä Tuattua, eigo minuu. | 3 They will do these things because they have not known the Father, nor me. |
| 4Tämän olen paissuh teile, anna sen aijan tulduu, tüö mustazitto, midä minä teile sanoin.» «Aijemba en paissuh täh näh, ku iče olin teijänke. | 4 But I have told you these things, so that when the time comes, you may remember that I told you about them. I didn’t tell you these things from the beginning, because I was with you. |
| 5No nügöi minä menen sen luo, ken minuu tüöndi. Niken teis ei küzü, kunne minä menen, | 5 But now I am going to him who sent me, and none of you asks me, ‘Where are you going?’ |
| 6no teil on paha mieli sendäh, midä teile sanoin. | 6 But because I have told you these things, sorrow has filled your heart. |
| 7No minä sanon teile toven: teile roih hüväkse, ku minä lähten iäre. Ku en lähtene, Puolistai ei voi tulla teijän luo. No iäre lähtiettüü minä tüönnän Hänen teijän luo, | 7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth: It is to your advantage that I go away, for if I don’t go away, the Counselor won’t come to you. But if I go, I will send him to you. |
| 8i Häi tulou i ozuttau muailmale, mi on riähkü, mi on oigei da mi on suudo. | 8 When he has come, he will convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment; |
| 9Riähkü on sit, ku rahvas ei uskota minuh; | 9 about sin, because they don’t believe in me; |
| 10oigei tulou nägevih sit, ku menen Tuatan luo, i tüö etto enämbi näi minuu; | 10 about righteousness, because I am going to my Father, and you won’t see me any more; |
| 11i suudo on sit, ku tämän muailman piämies on jo suudittu. | 11 about judgment, because the prince of this world has been judged. |
| 12Vie minul olis äijü teile sanottavua, no tüö vie etto voi ottua sidä vastah. | 12 “I still have many things to tell you, but you can’t bear them now. |
| 13Konzu Toven Hengi tulou, Häi opastau teidü tundemah kaiken toven. Häi ei pagize omas nimes, a midä kuulou, sidä pagizou, i mi on tulos, sidä sanelou. | 13 However when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth, for he will not speak from himself; but whatever he hears, he will speak. He will declare to you things that are coming. |
| 14Häi ülendäü minuu, ku sen, min teile sanou, suau minuspäi. | 14 He will glorify me, for he will take from what is mine, and will declare it to you. |
| 15Kai se, mi on Tuatan, on minungi. Sendäh sanoin: Häi suau minuspäi sen, min teile sanou. | 15 All things that the Father has are mine; therefore I said that he takes of mine and will declare it to you. |
| 16Kodvazen peräs tüö etto enämbi näi minuu, i vie kodvazen peräs tüö tuaste näittö minuu.» | 16 A little while, and you will not see me. Again a little while, and you will see me.” |
| 17Erähät opastujis küzeltih toine toizel: «Midäbo Häi tahtou sanuo sanoil: 'Kodvazen peräs tüö etto enämbi näi minuu, i vie kodvazen peräs tüö tuaste näittö minuu'? I midä Häi tahtou sanuo sanoil: 'Menen Tuatan luo'?» | 17Some of his disciples therefore said to one another, “What is this that he says to us, ‘A little while, and you won’t see me, and again a little while, and you will see me;’ and, ‘Because I go to the Father’?” |
| 18«Miksebo Häi pagizou kodvazeh näh?» diivittihes hüö. «Ei Hänen paginua sua ellendiä.» | 18They said therefore, “What is this that he says, ‘A little while’? We don’t know what he is saying.” |
| 19Iisus nägi: hüö tahtottih küzüö Hänel. Häi sanoi heile:«Sego teidü vaivuau, ku sanoin: 'Kodvazen peräs tüö etto enämbi näi minuu, i vie kodvazen peräs tüö tuaste näittö minuu'? | 19Therefore Jesus perceived that they wanted to ask him, and he said to them, “Do you inquire among yourselves concerning this, that I said, ‘A little while, and you won’t see me, and again a little while, and you will see me?’ |
| 20Toven, toven sanon teile: Tüö rubietto itkemäh ulaittamah, no muailmu rubieu pidämäh hüviä mieldü. Tüö puututto tuskih, no teijän tuskat muututah ihastuksekse. | 20 Most certainly I tell you that you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice. You will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will be turned into joy. |
| 21Naine, kudai suau lastu, on tuskis, ku hänen aigu on tulluh. No ku lapsi tulou täh ilmah, muamo jo ei musta tuskii, a on hüväs mieles, ku ristikanzu rodiihes muailmah. | 21 A woman, when she gives birth, has sorrow because her time has come. But when she has delivered the child, she doesn’t remember the anguish any more, for the joy that a human being is born into the world. |
| 22Tüögi nügöi oletto tuskis, no minä roimmos nägemäh teidü vie uvvessah, i sit teil roihes hüvä mieli, kudamua niken ei teil voi kiškuo. | 22 Therefore you now have sorrow, but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and no one will take your joy away from you. |
| 23Sinä piän tüö etto küzü minul nimidä.» «Toven, toven sanon teile: midä vai igänäh etto pakinne Tuatal minun nimes, sen Häi teile andau. | 23 “In that day you will ask me no questions. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. |
| 24Täh suate tüö vie nimidä etto pakinnuh minun nimes. Pakikkua, i tüö suatto, sit teijän ihastus roih täüzi. | 24 Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full. |
| 25Pagizin teijänke täh näh arbaituksil. Roih moine aigu, konzu en enämbi pagize arbaituksil, a sanon teile silmis kaiken Tuattah näh. | 25 I have spoken these things to you in figures of speech. But the time is coming when I will no more speak to you in figures of speech, but will tell you plainly about the Father. |
| 26Sinä piän tüö küzüttö minun nimes, i minä en sano, ku minä rubien küzümäh Tuattua teijän puoles. | 26 In that day you will ask in my name; and I don’t say to you that I will pray to the Father for you, |
| 27Tuatto iče suvaiččou teidü, ku tüö suvaičitto minuu da uskoitto, minä tulin Jumalan luopäi. | 27 for the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me, and have believed that I came from God. |
| 28Tuatan luopäi minä lähtin i tulin täh muailmah, a nügöi minä jätän muailman da menen järilleh Tuatan luo.» | 28 I came from the Father, and have come into the world. Again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.” |
| 29Opastujat sanottih: «Nügöi Sinä pagizet ellendettävil sanoil, et arbailtavil. | 29His disciples said to him, “Behold, now you are speaking plainly, and using no figures of speech. |
| 30Nügöi müö näimmö: Sinä tiijät kai, küzüttähes hos midä, i Sinul ei pie vuottua küzündiä. Sendäh müö uskommo, Sinä tulit Jumalan luopäi.» | 30Now we know that you know all things, and don’t need for anyone to question you. By this we believe that you came from God.” |
| 31«Tiettäväine, nügöi tüö uskotto», sanoi Iisus. | 31Jesus answered them, “Do you now believe? |
| 32«Tulou aigu – i se jo tuli – konzu teidü levitetäh, kedä kunne, i tüö jätättö minuu üksin. No üksin, toven, en jiä, ku Tuatto on minunke. | 32 Behold, the time is coming, yes, and has now come, that you will be scattered, everyone to his own place, and you will leave me alone. Yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me. |
| 33Sanoin tämän teile sendäh, ku tüö löüdäzittö rauhan minus. Muailmas teil on ahtas, no olgua rohkiennu: minä voitin muailman.» | 33 I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world.” |
