JEVANGELII IIVANAN MUGAH

John

Chapter 9

Chapter 9

Dorogupieles Iisus nägi ristikanzan, kudai oli sogei roindua müöte.1As he passed by, he saw a man blind from birth.
Opastujat küzüttih Hänel: «Ravvi, kenbo azui riähkiä, ku häi on rodivunnuh sogiennu? Ičego häi vai hänen vahnembat?»2His disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?”
Iisus vastai: «Eigo häi, eigo hänen vahnembat. Muga pidi roija, ku Jumalan ruavot tuldas hänes nägevih.3Jesus answered, “This man didn’t sin, nor did his parents; but, that the works of God might be revealed in him.
Nügöi, kuni vie on päivü, meil pidäü ruadua sen ruadoloi, kudai minuu tüöndi. Tulou üö, i sit niken ei voi ruadua.4 I must work the works of him who sent me while it is day. The night is coming, when no one can work.
Kuni olen muailmas, minä olen muailman valgei.»5 While I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”
Nämien sanoin sanottuu Iisus sülgi muah, luadii n'olles da muas razmoin, voideli sil sogien silmät6When he had said this, he spat on the ground, made mud with the saliva, anointed the blind man’s eyes with the mud,
da sanoi: «Mene Siloaman kezoikohtah da pezevü.» – Siloam meikse on 'tüöttü'. – Mies meni, pezevüi i tuli siepäi nägijännü.7and said to him, “Go, wash in the pool of Siloam” (which means “Sent”). So he went away, washed, and came back seeing.
Sit miehen susiedat i toizetgi, kudamat enne nähtih händü da tiettih händü pakiččijannu, diivuittihes: «Eigo tämä ole se samaine mies, kudai istui pakiččemas?»8The neighbors therefore, and those who saw that he was blind before, said, “Isn’t this he who sat and begged?”
Ühtet sanottih: «Se samaine mies», a toizet sanottih: «Ei ole se, rožis vai koskeh häneh.» No iče häi sanoi: «Minä olen se.»9Others were saying, “It is he.” Still others were saying, “He looks like him.” He said, “I am he.”
Hüö küzüttih hänel: «Kuibo rubeit nägemäh?»10They therefore were asking him, “How were your eyes opened?”
Häi vastai: «Se mies, kudamua kučutah Iisusakse, luadii muarazmoin, voideli sil minun silmät da sanoi: 'Mene Siloaman kezoikohtah da pezevü.' Minä menin da pezevüin, sit rubein nägemäh.»11He answered, “A man called Jesus made mud, anointed my eyes, and said to me, ‘Go to the pool of Siloam and wash.’ So I went away and washed, and I received sight.”
«Kusbo se mies on?» küzüttih hänel, no häi vastai: «En tiijä.»
Then they asked him, “Where is he?” He said, “I don’t know.”
Mies, kudai oli enne sogei, viedih fariseiloin luo.13They brought him who had been blind to the Pharisees.
Oli suovattupäivü, konzu Iisus luadii muarazmoin da avai miehel silmät.14It was a Sabbath when Jesus made the mud and opened his eyes.
Fariseitgi küzüttih miehel, kui häi rubei nägemäh, i mies sanoi: «Häi pani muarazmoidu minun silmile, sit kävüin pezevümäh, i nügöi minä näin.»15Again therefore the Pharisees also asked him how he received his sight. He said to them, “He put mud on my eyes, I washed, and I see.”
Sit erähät fariseit sanottih: «Se mies ei voi olla Jumalan tüötünnü, ku ei novva suovattukäsküü.» Toizet sanottih: «Voinnougo riähkähine ristikanzu luadie nengomii tunnusruadoloi?» Tämän täh sütüi kiistu heijän keskes.16Some therefore of the Pharisees said, “This man is not from God, because he doesn’t keep the Sabbath.” Others said, “How can a man who is a sinner do such signs?” There was division among them.
Sit hüö uvvessah küzüttih sogiel: «Midä mieldü sinä iče olet häneh näh? Sinun silmät vet häi avai.» Mies vastai: «Häi on Jumalan iänenkandai.»17Therefore they asked the blind man again, “What do you say about him, because he opened your eyes?” He said, “He is a prophet.”
Jevreilöin vahnimat üksikai ei uskottu, ku mies oli sogiennu da rubei nägemäh, kuni ei kučuttu sinne hänen vahnembii.18The Jews therefore didn’t believe concerning him, that he had been blind, and had received his sight, until they called the parents of him who had received his sight,
Hüö küzüttih vahnembil: «Ongo tämä teijän poigu? Sanottogo, häi rodihes sogiennu? Kuibo häi sit nügöi nägöü?»19and asked them, “Is this your son, whom you say was born blind? How then does he now see?”
Vahnembat sanottih: «Häi on meijän poigu, i häi rodiihes sogiennu, sen müö tiijämmö.20His parents answered them, “We know that this is our son, and that he was born blind;
No sidä emmo tiijä, kui häi nügöi nägöü, emmogo tiijä sidä, ken hänele andoi silmät. Küzükkiä händü iččiedäh, häi on täüzi-igäine, anna häi sanou omah iččeh näh.»21but how he now sees, we don’t know; or who opened his eyes, we don’t know. He is of age. Ask him. He will speak for himself.”
Hüö varattih jevreilöin vahnimii, sendäh sanottih nenga. Näit, jevreit jo ielpäi paistih ajua iäre sinagougaspäi jogahistu, ken pidäü Iisussua Messiennü.22His parents said these things because they feared the Jews; for the Jews had already agreed that if any man would confess him as Christ, he would be put out of the synagogue.
Sikse vahnembat sanottih: «Häi on täüzi-igäine, küzükkiä hänel.»23Therefore his parents said, “He is of age. Ask him.”
Hüö kučuttih uvvessah miestü, kudai oli olluh sogiennu. Fariseit sanottih hänele: «Jumalan ies pagize tottu! Ozuta kunnivuo Jumalale! Müö tiijämmö – se mies on riähkähine.»24So they called the man who was blind a second time, and said to him, “Give glory to God. We know that this man is a sinner.”
Mies vastai: «Ongo Häi riähkähine, sidä en tiijä. No sen tiijän: olin sogei, a nügöi näin.»25He therefore answered, “I don’t know if he is a sinner. One thing I do know: that though I was blind, now I see.”
Hüö küzeltih: «Midäbo häi sinule luadii? Kuibo häi andoi sinule silmät?»26They said to him again, “What did he do to you? How did he open your eyes?”
Mies vastai: «Johäi minä teile sen sanoin, a tüö etto kuunnelluh. Miksebo tüö sen tahtotto kuulta uvvessah? Tahtottogo tüögi ruveta Hänen opastujikse?»27He answered them, “I told you already, and you didn’t listen. Why do you want to hear it again? You don’t also want to become his disciples, do you?”
Hüö nagrajen vastattih hänele: «Sinä hänen opastui olet, a müö olemmo Moisein opastujat!28They insulted him and said, “You are his disciple, but we are disciples of Moses.
Müö tiijämmö: Jumal pagizi Moiseile, no kugalaine on tai mies, sidä emmo tiijä.»29We know that God has spoken to Moses. But as for this man, we don’t know where he comes from.”
«Pidäühäi olla», sanoi mies, «ku etto tiijä, kuspäi Häi on – a Häi andoi minule silmät.30The man answered them, “How amazing! You don’t know where he comes from, yet he opened my eyes.
Sen müö tiijämmö – Jumal ei kuule riähkähizii, no sidä, ken kunnivoiččou Händü da eläü Hänen tahton mugah, Häi kuulou.31We know that God doesn’t listen to sinners, but if anyone is a worshiper of God, and does his will, he listens to him.
Igänäh ei ole kuultu, ku sogiennu suavule kentahto olis andanuh silmät.32Since the world began it has never been heard of that anyone opened the eyes of someone born blind.
Ku Häi ei olis Jumalaspäi, Häi ei vois nimidä luadie.»33If this man were not from God, he could do nothing.”
Sit hüö sanottih: «Sinä olet suandua müö riähkähine, umbipäi riähkis – i sinä rubiet meidü opastamah!» Hüö ajettih miestü iäre.34They answered him, “You were altogether born in sins, and do you teach us?” Then they threw him out.
Iisus kuuli, kui mies oli ajettu pihale, i konzu se tuli Hänele vastah, küzüi: «Uskotgo sinä Ristikanzan Poigah?»35Jesus heard that they had thrown him out, and finding him, he said, “Do you believe in the Son of God?”
«Ižändü, kenbo Häi on?» küzüi mies. «Sano, ku voizin uskuo Häneh.»36He answered, “Who is he, Lord, that I may believe in him?”
Iisus sanoi: «Sinä jo olet nähnüh Händü. Häi on täs i pagizou sinunke.»37Jesus said to him, “You have both seen him, and it is he who speaks with you.”
«Minä uskon, Ižändü», sanoi mies i heitüi polvilleh Hänen edeh.38He said, “Lord, I believe!” and he worshiped him.
Iisus sanoi: «Minä tulin täh muailmah tuomah suuduo, anna sogiet ruvetah nägemäh, nägijät sogenemah.»39Jesus said, “I came into this world for judgment, that those who don’t see may see; and that those who see may become blind.”
Erähät fariseit, kudamat oldih lähäl, tämän kuultuu küzüttih: «Midä! Olemmogo müögi sogiet?»40Those of the Pharisees who were with him heard these things, and said to him, “Are we also blind?”
Iisus vastai: «Ku tüö olizitto sogiet, teidü ei viäritettäs riähkis, no tüö sanotto: 'Müö näimmö', i sendäh riähkü püzüü teis.»41Jesus said to them, “If you were blind, you would have no sin; but now you say, ‘We see.’ Therefore your sin remains.
