Chapter 24

Chapter 24

Enzimäzennü päivännü suo- vatan jälgeh, ülen aijoi huondeksel, naizet otettih hüväle tulijat voidiet, kudamat hüö varustettih, da mendih kalmale.1But on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they and some others came to the tomb, bringing the spices which they had prepared.
Sie nähtih, kivi oli vieretettü iäre kalmansuus,2They found the stone rolled away from the tomb.
da konzu mendih kalman südämeh, ei löüttü Ižändän Iisusan rungua.3They entered in, and didn’t find the Lord Jesus’ body.
Hüö ällistüttih tämän täh, i ei ehtittü nimidä, ku heijän ies jo seizottih kaksi miestü läpettäjis sovis.4While they were greatly perplexed about this, behold, two men stood by them in dazzling clothing.
Naizet pöllästüttih da painettih piät. No miehet sanottih heile: «Miksebo ečittö eläviä kuolluzien keskes?5Becoming terrified, they bowed their faces down to the earth. They said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead?
Händü ei ole tiä, Häi nouzi. Mustoitakkua, midä Häi pagizi teile, ku vie oli Galileis.6He isn’t here, but is risen. Remember what he told you when he was still in Galilee,
Nenga Häi sanoi: Ristikanzan Poigu annetah riähkähizien käzih da nuaglitah ristah, a kolmandennu päivännü Häi nouzou kuollielois!»7saying that the Son of Man must be delivered up into the hands of sinful men and be crucified, and the third day rise again?”
Sit hüö mustettih, midä Iisus oli paissuh.8They remembered his words,
Kalmalpäi tulduu naizet saneltih täh niškoi ühteletostu opastujale da kaikile muile.9returned from the tomb, and told all these things to the eleven and to all the rest.
Nämä naizet oldih Magdalan Marija, Johannu da Juakoin muamo Marija, da vie muidugi oli heijänke. Hüö saneltih kai apostoloile,10Now they were Mary Magdalene, Joanna, and Mary the mother of James. The other women with them told these things to the apostles.
no net duumaittih naizet paistah tühjiä, da ei uskottu heidü.11These words seemed to them to be nonsense, and they didn’t believe them.
Pedri lähti juoksujalgua kalmale. Häi kumardui kaččomah kalmah, no nägi sie vaiku kiärindüpaltinat. I häi lähti iäre da ičekseh diivii sidä, midä oli roinnuhes.
But Peter got up and ran to the tomb. Stooping and looking in, he saw the strips of linen lying by themselves, and he departed to his home, wondering what had happened.
Juuri sennü päivännü kaksi opastujua astuttih Emmaus-nimizeh küläh, kudai on läs kuuttukümmendü stadionua*a Jerusalimaspäi.13Behold, two of them were going that very day to a village named Emmaus, which was sixty stadia from Jerusalem.
Hüö paistih kaikes, midä oli olluh.14They talked with each other about all of these things which had happened.
Heijän nenga paistes da küzeltes, Iisus iče läheni heih da astui heijän rinnal.15While they talked and questioned together, Jesus himself came near, and went with them.
No hüö oldih ku sogiet, ei tunnustettu Händü.16But their eyes were kept from recognizing him.
Iisus küzüi heil: «Mihbo niškoi tüö täs astujes pagizetto?» Hüö azetuttih pahas mieles,17He said to them, “What are you talking about as you walk, and are sad?”
i üksi heis, kudaman nimi oli Kleopas, sanoi: «Sinä, onnuako, olet ainavo vieras Jerusalimas, kudai ei tiijä, midä sie näminnü päivinnü oli.»18One of them, named Cleopas, answered him, “Are you the only stranger in Jerusalem who doesn’t know the things which have happened there in these days?”
«Midäbo sie oli?» küzüi Iisus. Hüö sanottih: «Ga se, midä rodih Iisus Nazariettalazenke. Häi oli Jumalan iänenkandai, vägevü kui sanois, mugai ruadolois Jumalan dai kaiken rahvahan ies.19He said to them, “What things?” They said to him, “The things concerning Jesus, the Nazarene, who was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people;
Meijän ülimäzet papit da valdumiehet annettih Händü surmah suudittavakse, i nuaglittih Händü ristah.20and how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him up to be condemned to death, and crucified him.
A müö toivoimmo: Häi on se, kudai piästäü Izrail'an välläle. No täs vie ei kai. Nügöi on jo kolmas päivü, ku se kai rodih,21But we were hoping that it was he who would redeem Israel. Yes, and besides all this, it is now the third day since these things happened.
i erähät naizet meijän joukos sevoitettih meijän mielet. Aijoi huondeksel hüö käüdih kalmale,22Also, certain women of our company amazed us, having arrived early at the tomb;
no ei löüttü Hänen rungua. Hüö tuldih järilleh da saneltih, mittuine heile oli nägü: anhelit tuldih da sanottih – Iisus on hengis.23and when they didn’t find his body, they came saying that they had also seen a vision of angels, who said that he was alive.
Erähät meis mendih sit kalmale, i nähtih, kai oli muga, kui naizet sanottih, no Iisussua hüö ei nähtü.»24Some of us went to the tomb, and found it just like the women had said, but they didn’t see him.”
Sit Iisus sanoi heile: «Oi teidü tolkuttomii! Kui hil'l'at tüö oletto uskomah kaikkeh sih, midä Jumalan iänenkandajat sanottih!25He said to them, “Foolish men, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken!
Juuri nengahäi Messiel pidi proidie nämis goris läbi da sit mennä omah kunnivoh.»26 Didn’t the Christ have to suffer these things and to enter into his glory?”
Moisein da kaikkien iänenkandajien kniigois algajen Häi sellitti heile, midä Häneh näh oli kaikis Pühis Kirjutuksis sanottu.27Beginning from Moses and from all the prophets, he explained to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself.
Sit hüö lähettih sidä küliä, kunne oldih menemäs. Iisus buiteku huavai astuo ielleh,28They came near to the village where they were going, and he acted like he would go further.
no miehet kieltih Händü da sanottih: «Jiä meijänke. Terväh tulou ehtü, päivü jo lopeh.» Muga Iisus meni taloih da jäi heijänke.29They urged him, saying, “Stay with us, for it is almost evening, and the day is almost over.” He went in to stay with them.
Heijänke ildazel olles, Iisus otti leivän, kiitti Jumalua, lohkai leivän da andoi heile.30When he had sat down at the table with them, he took the bread and gave thanks. Breaking it, he gave it to them.
Sit heijän silmät avavuttih, hüö tunnustettih Händü. No Häi kerras hävii nägevis.31Their eyes were opened and they recognized him, then he vanished out of their sight.
Miehet sanottih toine toizele: «Ilmaigo meijän süväin hüpii, konzu Häi dorogal pagizi meijänke da opasti meidü ellendämäh Pühii Kirjutuksii?»32They said to one another, “Weren’t our hearts burning within us, while he spoke to us along the way, and while he opened the Scriptures to us?”
Sil sanal hüö nostih da lähtiettih järilleh Jerusalimah. Sie hüö nähtih ühtütostu opastujua, kudamat oli kerävüttü ühteh, da muidu heijän joukkoh kuulujii.33They rose up that very hour, returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and those who were with them,
Net sanottih: «Ižändü tottu on nossuh kuollielois! Häi ozuttihes Simonale.»34saying, “The Lord is risen indeed, and has appeared to Simon!”
Sit netgi kahtei sanottih, midä matkal oli olluh da kui hüö tunnustettih Iisussua, konzu Häi lohkai leivän.
They related the things that happened along the way, and how he was recognized by them in the breaking of the bread.
Konzu hüö vie paistih sidä, iče Iisus seizoi heijän keskes da sanoi: «Rauhuttu teile.»36As they said these things, Jesus himself stood among them, and said to them, “Peace be to you.”
Hüö pöllästüttih da varevuttih, smietittih, heidü bluaznittau.37But they were terrified and filled with fear, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.
No Iisus sanoi: «Miksebo tüö pöllästüittö? Miksebo nengozet mielet tullah teile piäh?38He said to them, “Why are you troubled? Why do doubts arise in your hearts?
Kačokkua minun käzii da jalgoi – minä se olen, ei niken muu. Kosketakkua käil minuu, da kačokkua. Eihäi ristikanzas lähtenüöl hengel ole ni lihua ni luuloi, kui näittö, minul on.»39 See my hands and my feet, that it is truly me. Touch me and see, for a spirit doesn’t have flesh and bones, as you see that I have.”
Nenga paistes, Häi ozutti heile omat käit da jallat.40When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his feet.
Hüö oldih muga ihastuksis i muga diivittih tädä, ga nikui ei voidu uskuo. Sit Iisus küzüi: «Ongo teil tiä midätahto süödäviä?»41While they still didn’t believe for joy, and wondered, he said to them, “Do you have anything here to eat?”
Hüö annettih Hänele pala pastettuu kalua,42They gave him a piece of a broiled fish and some honeycomb.
Häi otti da söi heijän silmis.43He took them, and ate in front of them.
Iisus sanoi heile: «Juuri tädä minä tahtoin sanuo, konzu olin vie teijän keskes da pagizin teijänke: kaikele sille pidi tulla tovekse, midä Moisein Zakonas, Jumalan iänenkandajien kniigois da Psalmoin kniigas on minuh näh kirjutettu.»44He said to them, “This is what I told you, while I was still with you, that all things which are written in the law of Moses, the prophets, and the psalms, concerning me must be fulfilled.”
Sit Häi avai heijän mielet ellendämäh Pühii Kirjutuksii,45Then he opened their minds, that they might understand the Scriptures.
i sanoi heile: «Nenga on kirjutettu: Messiel pidi tirpua gor'at da kolmandennu päivännü nosta kuollielois,46He said to them, “Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day,
da joga rahvahale, Jerusalimas algajen, pidäü sanella Hänen nimes: hülläkkiä riähkät da kiännükkiä Jumalan puoleh, ku riähkät prostittas teile.47 and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name to all the nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
Tüö oletto tämän nägijät da ielleh sanelijat.48 You are witnesses of these things.
Minä tüönnän teile sen, min uskaldi minun Tuatto. A tüö püzükkiä täs linnas, kuni etto sua vägie taivahaspäi.»
Behold, I send out the promise of my Father on you. But wait in the city of Jerusalem until you are clothed with power from on high.”
Iisus vedi omii opastujii linnan ulgopuolele, lähäle Vifaniedu, nosti käit da blahoslovii heidü.50He led them out as far as Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.
Blahoslovijes Häi eroi heis, i Händü otettih üläh taivahah.51While he blessed them, he withdrew from them, and was carried up into heaven.
Hüö kumardettihes Hänele muah suate, da suures hüväs mieles tuldih järilleh Jerusalimah.52They worshiped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy,
Hüö oldih ainos jumalankois da kiitettih Jumalua.53and were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.
