Chapter 19

Chapter 19

Iisus tuli Jerihonah da astui linnas läbi.1He entered and was passing through Jericho.
Sie eli mies, kudaman nimi oli Zakki. Häi oli maksuloinkeriäjien vahnin da ülen bohattu.2There was a man named Zacchaeus. He was a chief tax collector, and he was rich.
Zakki tahtoi nähtä, mi miehii Iisus on, no rahvasjoukon tagua ei voinnuh nähtä Händü, ku oli pienikazvoine.3He was trying to see who Jesus was, and couldn’t because of the crowd, because he was short.
Häi juoksi ielepäi da nouzi puuh, ku nähtä Iisussua, kudai astui sidä dorogua müöte.4He ran on ahead, and climbed up into a sycamore tree to see him, for he was going to pass that way.
Sih kohtah tulduu Iisus kačahtih üläh da sanoi: «Zakki, heitü teriämbi alah. Tänäpäi minul pidäü olla sinun kois gostis.»5When Jesus came to the place, he looked up and saw him, and said to him, “Zacchaeus, hurry and come down, for today I must stay at your house.”
Zakki ruttozeh heitüi alah da ihastuksis otti Iisussua gostih.6He hurried, came down, and received him joyfully.
Ku rahvas nähtih se, hüö ruvettih kurkettamah: «Kačo, riähkähizen ristikanzan taloih meni gostih.»7When they saw it, they all murmured, saying, “He has gone in to lodge with a man who is a sinner.”
No Zakki sanoi Iisusale kaikkien kuulten: «Ižändü, minä luajin nenga: puolet omis elolois annan köühile, a kes liennen muanivol ottanuh liigua, sille annan n'elliä kerdua enämbän.»8Zacchaeus stood and said to the Lord, “Behold, Lord, half of my goods I give to the poor. If I have wrongfully exacted anything of anyone, I restore four times as much.”
Sen kuultuu Iisus sanoi Zakkih näh: «Tänäpäi piäzendü tuli tämän perehen ozakse. Onhäi häigi Avraaman poigu.9Jesus said to him, “Today, salvation has come to this house, because he also is a son of Abraham.
Juuri sidä, mi on kavonnuh, Ristikanzan Poigu tuli eččimäh da piästämäh.»
For the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost.”
Niilöile, kudamat oldih tädä kuundelemas, Iisus pidi vie nengozen arbaituspaginan, ku Häi jo oli lähäl Jerusalimua, i erähät smietittih, Jumalan valdu terväh tulou.11As they heard these things, he went on and told a parable, because he was near Jerusalem, and they supposed that God’s Kingdom would be revealed immediately.
Iisus sanoi: «Üksi korgeirovulline mies lähti loittozeh muah, ku suaha suarin nimi da sit tulla järilleh omah muah.12He said therefore, “A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom and to return.
A lähtijes häi kučui kümmene käskülästü, andoi jogahizele heis kuldud'engan da sanoi: 'Pangua nämä d'engat dieloh, kuni minä en tule järilleh.'13 He called ten servants of his and gave them ten mina coins, and told them, ‘Conduct business until I come.’
No sen muan rahvas vihattih händü i tüöttih hänele jälles miehii vedämäh sanua: 'Müö emmo tahto sidä miestü meijän suarikse.'14 But his citizens hated him, and sent an envoy after him, saying, ‘We don’t want this man to reign over us.’
Suarikse händü üksikai luajittih, i kodih tulduu häi käski kuččuo käsküläzet, ku tahtoi tiijustua, ken midä sai niilöih d'engoih.15 “When he had come back again, having received the kingdom, he commanded these servants, to whom he had given the money, to be called to him, that he might know what they had gained by conducting business.
Enzimäine tuli hänen edeh da sanoi: 'Ižändü, sinun d'engu toi minule kümmene mostu d'engua.'16 The first came before him, saying, ‘Lord, your mina has made ten more minas.’
Suari sanoi hänele: 'Moločču! Olet hüvä käsküläine. Ku sinuh sai uskuo pienes, suat nügöi omah valdah kümmene linnua.'17 “He said to him, ‘Well done, you good servant! Because you were found faithful with very little, you shall have authority over ten cities.’
Toine tuli da sanoi: 'Ižändü, sinun annettu d'engu toi minule viizi d'engua.'18 “The second came, saying, ‘Your mina, Lord, has made five minas.’
Hänele suari sanoi: 'Sinuu minä panen viijen linnan herrakse.'19 “So he said to him, ‘And you are to be over five cities.’
Sit tuli vie üksi da sanoi: 'Ižändü, täs on sinun d'engu. Se oli minul kabrastetunnu paikkazes.20 Another came, saying, ‘Lord, behold, your mina, which I kept laid away in a handkerchief,
Minä varain sinuu. Sinähäi olet žiäletöi mies. Sinä otat sen, midä et pannuh, leikkuat sie, kus et külvänüh.'21 for I feared you, because you are an exacting man. You take up that which you didn’t lay down, and reap that which you didn’t sow.’
He said to him, ‘Out of your own mouth I will judge you, you wicked servant! You knew that I am an exacting man, taking up that which I didn’t lay down, and reaping that which I didn’t sow.
Miksebo sit et viennüh minun d'engua bankah. Sie sen hindu nossus, i tulduu minä suannuzin sen korronduksienke.'23 Then why didn’t you deposit my money in the bank, and at my coming, I might have earned interest on it?’
I suari sanoi rinnal seizojile: 'Otakkua hänel neče d'engu da annakkua se sille, kudamal on kümmene d'engua.'24 He said to those who stood by, ‘Take the mina away from him and give it to him who has the ten minas.’
Hüö sanottih: 'Ižändü, hänelhäi on jo kümmene d'engua.'25 “They said to him, ‘Lord, he has ten minas!’
No suari jatkoi: 'Minä sanon teile: Jogahizele, kel on, annetah. A kel ei ole, sil otetah iäre segi, mi hänel on.26 ‘For I tell you that to everyone who has, will more be given; but from him who doesn’t have, even that which he has will be taken away from him.
A niilöi minun vihaniekkoi, kudamat ei tahtottu minuu suarikse – tuogua tänne da tapakkua minun silmis.'»
But bring those enemies of mine who didn’t want me to reign over them here, and kill them before me.’ ”
Tämän saneltuu Iisus lähti toizien iel nouzemah Jerusalimah menijiä dorogua müöte.28Having said these things, he went on ahead, going up to Jerusalem.
Konzu Häi läheni Voipuumäikse sanottavua mägie da oli jo lähäl Betfageidu da Vifaniedu, Häi tüöndi ielpäi kahtu opastujua29When he came near to Bethsphage and Bethany, at the mountain that is called Olivet, he sent two of his disciples,
da sanoi heile: «Mengiä tuah vastalpäi olijah küläh. Konzu tuletto sinne, näittö sivotunnu oslan sällün, kudamal selläs vie niken ei istunuh. Keritäkkiä se da tuogua tänne.30saying, “Go your way into the village on the other side, in which, as you enter, you will find a colt tied, which no man had ever sat upon. Untie it and bring it.
Ku ken küzünöü, mikse sidä keritättö, sanokkua: Ižändäle pidäü se.»31 If anyone asks you, ‘Why are you untying it?’ say to him: ‘The Lord needs it.’ ”
Net kahtei lähtiettih da nähtih: kai on muga, kui Iisus sanoi.32Those who were sent went away, and found things just as he had told them.
Konzu hüö oldih kerittämäs sälgüü, sen ižändät küzüttih: «Miksebo otatto sällün?»33As they were untying the colt, its owners said to them, “Why are you untying the colt?”
Hüö sanottih: «Se pidäü Ižändäle.»34They said, “The Lord needs it.”
Opastujat tuodih sälgü Iisusan luo, lükättih sobua sen selgäh da autettih Iisusale nosta raččahih.35Then they brought it to Jesus. They threw their cloaks on the colt, and sat Jesus on them.
Konzu Häi ajoi, rahvas levitettih omii sobii dorogale.36As he went, they spread their cloaks on the road.
Konzu Iisus läheni sidä kohtua, kus dorogu menöü Voipuumägie alah, kogo opastujien joukko rubei ihastuksis äijäl kiittämäh Jumalua kaikis suuris ruadolois, kudamii hüö nähtih.37As he was now getting near, at the descent of the Mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works which they had seen,
Hüö kirruttih:
– Blahoslovittu on Suari,
kudai tulou Ižändän nimes!
Rauhu taivahas,
kunnivo ülimäzes taivahas!
saying, “Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord! Peace in heaven, and glory in the highest!”
Erähät rahvasjoukos olijat fariseit sanottih Iisusale: «Opastai, kiellä iččes opastujii!»39Some of the Pharisees from the multitude said to him, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples!”
No Iisus sanoi: «Minä sanon teile: ku hüö oldas vaikkani, sit kivet kirruttas.»
He answered them, “I tell you that if these were silent, the stones would cry out.”
Konzu Iisus läheni Jerusalimua da nägi linnan, Häi rubei itkemäh sidä41When he came near, he saw the city and wept over it,
da sanoi: «Oh ku sinägi ellendäzit tänäpäi, mi on sinule rauhakse! No nügöi se on sinun silmis peitettü.42saying, “If you, even you, had known today the things which belong to your peace! But now, they are hidden from your eyes.
Vie roih sinule aigu, konzu sinun vihaniekat luajitah sinus ümbäri muaseinü, ümbäröitetäh i kaikkielpäi ahtistetah sinuu.43 For the days will come on you, when your enemies will throw up a barricade against you, surround you, hem you in on every side,
Hüö levitetäh sinuu muan tazale da tapetah kaikkii sinun eläjii. Ei jätetä sinus kivie kiven piäle, ku et tunnustannuh aigua, konzu Jumal läheni sinuu.»
and will dash you and your children within you to the ground. They will not leave in you one stone on another, because you didn’t know the time of your visitation.”
Iisus meni jumalankodih da rubei ajamah siepäi niilöi, ket sie piettih kauppua.45He entered into the temple, and began to drive out those who bought and sold in it,
Häi sanoi heile: «Pühis Kirjutuksis on sanottu: 'Minun kodi on molindukodi.' No tüö luajiitto sen rozvoloin pezäkse.»46saying to them, “It is written, ‘My house is a house of prayer,’ but you have made it a ‘den of robbers’!”
Sen jälgeh Iisus joga päiviä opasti jumalankois. Ülimäzet papit, zakonanopastajat da rahvahan vahnimat duumaittih, kui olis Händü tappua.47He was teaching daily in the temple, but the chief priests, the scribes, and the leading men among the people sought to destroy him.
Vai hüö ei tiettü, kui se luadie, ku Iisusas ümbäri oli ainos rahvastu kuundelemas Händü.48They couldn’t find what they might do, for all the people hung on to every word that he said.
