| 1Otan nyt pakinakši lihan, mi on uhrattu valehjumalilla. Myö kaikin tiijämmä uhrilihašta toven. Ka tieto luatiu ihmisen ylpiekši, a tykkyämini panou ruatamah toisien hyväkši. | 1Now concerning things sacrificed to idols: We know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffs up, but love builds up. |
| 2Kun ken smiettinöy, jotta jo tietäy mitänih, hänellä vielä ei ole oikieta tietuo. | 2But if anyone thinks that he knows anything, he doesn’t yet know as he ought to know. |
