| 1Kun kellä teistä ollou uškojakunnašša riita-as's'a toisen kera, niin mitein hiän ilkiey männä uškomattomien sut'jien eteh? Mintäh hiän ei jätä šitä uškojakunnan suutittavakši? | 1Dare any of you, having a matter against his neighbor, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints? |
| 2Ettäkö tiijä, jotta uškojat ruvetah vielä suutimah muailmua? Kun työ šuanetta suutie muailmua, niin ettäkö muka kelpua pienempien as's'ojen sut'jiksi? | 2Don’t you know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters? |
| 3Ettäkö tiijä, jotta myö rupiemma suutimah anhelijaki? Emmäkö šilloin vois suutie jokapäiväsie as's'oja? | 3Don’t you know that we will judge angels? How much more, things that pertain to this life? |
| 4A kun teilä on riitua jokapäiväsistä as's'oista, työ otatta sut'jiksi šemmosie, kumpasie uškojakunnašša ei pietä arvošša. | 4If then you have to judge things pertaining to this life, do you set them to judge who are of no account in the assembly? |
| 5Eikö ole häpie! Eikö teilä omašša joukošša ole yhtäkänä viisašta mieštä, ken vois šelvitellä vellien välisen riijan? | 5I say this to move you to shame. Isn’t there even one wise man among you who would be able to decide between his brothers? |
| 6Ka että vain hellitä! Velli omua vellie vetäy suutuh, ta vielä uškomattomien eteh. | 6But brother goes to law with brother, and that before unbelievers! |
| 7Jo šeki, kun käyttä suutuo keškenäh, on teilä šuuri häpie. Eikö ois parempi keštyä viäryttä? Eikö ois parempi antua anaštua ičeltä? | 7Therefore it is already altogether a defect in you, that you have lawsuits one with another. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be defrauded? |
| 8A työ iče ruatta viäryttä ta anaššatta muilta, vieläi omilta uškovellilöiltä. | 8No, but you yourselves do wrong and defraud, and that against your brothers. |
| 9Ettäkö tiijä, jotta jumalattomat ei piäššä Jumalan Valtakuntah? Elkyä ekšykkyä! Jumalan Valtakuntah ei piäššä huorimukšet, ei valehjumalien kumartajat, ei vierahan naisen kera makuajat, ei miehie panijat miehet, | 9Or don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit God’s Kingdom? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, |
| 10ei varaštajat, ei hyvysien ahnuštajat, ei juopot, ei pahašuiset eikä anaštajat. | 10nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortionists, will inherit God’s Kingdom. |
| 11Tämmösie muutomat teistä oltih ennein. Ka nyt tiät on pešty puhtahiksi, tiät on pyhitetty ta šuatu Jumalalla kelpuaviksi miän Hospotin Iisussan Hristossan nimeššä ta miän Jumalan Henken voimalla. | 11Some of you were such, but you were washed. But you were sanctified. But you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God. |
| 12«Miula on valta ruatua kaikkie» – ka kaikešta ei ole hyötyö. «Miula on valta ruatua kaikkie» – ka en šua antua minkänä hallita iččieni. | 12“All things are lawful for me,” but not all things are expedient. “All things are lawful for me,” but I will not be brought under the power of anything. |
| 13Ruoka on vaččua vaššen ta vačča ruokua vaššen, ka Jumala luatiu molommista lopun. Runko ei ole huoruimista, kun on Hospotie vaššen, ta Hospoti on runkon Isäntä. | 13“Foods for the belly, and the belly for foods,” but God will bring to nothing both it and them. But the body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body. |
| 14Jumala noššatti kuollehista Hospotin ta miät niise noššattau omalla voimallah. | 14Now God raised up the Lord, and will also raise us up by his power. |
| 15Ettäkö tiijä, jotta tiän runkot ollah Hristossan runkon ošie? A kun ottasin Hristossan runkon ošan ta liittäsin šen huoran runkoh? En ijäššäh! | 15Don’t you know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? May it never be! |
| 16Tiijättähän, jotta ken makuau huoran kera, on yhtä runkuo hänen kera. Onhan Pyhissä Kirjutukšissa šanottu: «Nämä kakši tullah yhekši lihakši». | 16Or don’t you know that he who is joined to a prostitute is one body? For, “The two”, he says, “will become one flesh.” |
| 17Ka ken liittyy Hospotih, on Hänen kera yhtä henkie. | 17But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit. |
| 18Pisykkyä erošša huoruinnašta! Kaikki muut ihmisen riähät ollah hänen runkon ulkopuolella, ka huoruiččija, mieš tahi naini, luatiu riähkyä omua runkuo vaštah. | 18Flee sexual immorality! “Every sin that a man does is outside the body,” but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. |
| 19Ettäkö tiijä, jotta tiän runko on Pyhän Henken koti? Tämän Henken Jumala anto elämäh teissä. Työ että ole iččenä isännät, | 19Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, |
| 20šentäh kun Jumala ošti tiät šuurella hinnalla omakšeh. Kun kerran tiän runko ta tiän henki ollah Jumalan, niin eläkkyä niin, jotta ne tuuvvah kunnivuo Jumalalla. | 20for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s. |
