KIRJEINE GALATALAIŽILE

Galatians

Chapter 3

Chapter 3

Tö, meletomad galatalaižed, ken om noidunu teid, miše tö vastustat tot? Ved' teiden sil'miden edehe oli sel'ktas todud ristha nagloitud Iisus Hristos!1Foolish Galatians, who has bewitched you not to obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was openly portrayed among you as crucified?
Sanugat minei vaiše üks': sait-ik tö Hengen sil, miše elit käskišton mödhe, vai sil, miše kundlit hüväd vestid da uskoit sihe?2I just want to learn this from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by hearing of faith?
Olet-ik mugoižed meletomad, miše zavodit Hengen abul, a nügüd' tahtoit sada satusid mehen vägel?3Are you so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are you now completed in the flesh?
Jose olet tirpnuded nenid jügedusid tühjan? Ka ei!4Did you suffer so many things in vain, if it is indeed in vain?
Jose Jumal andab teile Hengen i sädab surid tegoid teiden keskes sil, miše tö elät käskišton mödhe, a ei sil, miše uskot hüvähä vestihe, kudamban kulet?5He therefore who supplies the Spirit to you and does miracles among you, does he do it by the works of the law, or by hearing of faith?
Johtutam hot' Avraaman: «Hän uskoi Jumalale, i Jumal lugi hänen uskondan hänele tozioiktuseks.»6Even as Abraham “believed God, and it was counted to him for righteousness.”
Ka tekat: todesižed Avraaman jäl'gnikad oma ned, ked uskoba.7Know therefore that those who are of faith are children of Abraham.
Jo edelpäi Pühäd Kirjutused ozutiba, miše Jumal tegeb tozioiktoikš händast tundmatomid rahvahid i tegeb sen heiden uskondan kal't. Ned-žo Kirjutused edelpäi toiba Avraamale hüvän vestin: «Sinun kal't saba blahoslovindan kaik rahvahad.»8The Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the Good News beforehand to Abraham, saying, “In you all the nations will be blessed.”
I muga ned, kenel om uskond, saba blahoslovindan ühtes uskojan Avraamanke.9So then, those who are of faith are blessed with the faithful Abraham.
A nenidenke, ked napriba sada tozioiktust eläden käskišton mödhe, linneb Jumalan viha, sikš ku om kirjutadud: «Jumalan viha linneb jogahiženke, ken ei tege kaiken aigan sidä, mi om kirjutadud käskišton kirjaha.»10For as many as are of the works of the law are under a curse. For it is written, “Cursed is everyone who doesn’t continue in all things that are written in the book of the law, to do them.”
Om sel'ged, miše niken ei tehte Jumalan sil'miš tozioiktaks eläden käskišton mödhe, sikš ku «tozioiged eläb uskondal.»11Now that no man is justified by the law before God is evident, for, “The righteous will live by faith.”
Käskišt ei jäta nimittušt sijad uskondale. Vastkarin se sanub: «Ken tegeb, kut käskištos om sanutud, eläškandeb sil.»12The law is not of faith, but, “The man who does them will live by them.”
Hristos om päzutanu meid käskišton vihaspäi, sikš ku iče om otnu Jumalan vihan meiden sijas, muga kut om kirjutadud: «Jumalan viha om kaikuččenke, ken om suditud puhu kolmaha.»13Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree,”
Muga tegihe, miše kaik toižed-ki rahvahad Hristosan Iisusanke saižiba Avraamale toivotadud blahoslovindan, muga mö-ki uskten hänehe saižim toivotadud Hengen.
that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
Velled, otam ozutesen meiden jogapäiväižes elospäi. Mehil tehtud da käskištol vahvištoittud kožmust niken ei voi tehta tühjaks, dai ei voi ližata sihe nimidä.15Brothers, speaking of human terms, though it is only a man’s covenant, yet when it has been confirmed, no one makes it void or adds to it.
Jumalan toivotused om anttud Avraamale i hänen jäl'gnikale. Pühiš Kirjutusiš ei ole sanutud «jäl'gnikoile», mi znamoičiži äjid jäl'gnikoid, a sigä sanutas ühten polhe, «sinun jäl'gnikale», i nece om Hristos.16Now the promises were spoken to Abraham and to his offspring. He doesn’t say, “To descendants”, as of many, but as of one, “To your offspring”, which is Christ.
Sanun sidä: nel'l'sadad koumekümne vot möhemba tulnu käskišt ei voi kumaita Jumalal tehtud da vahvištoittud kožmust Hristosan polhe i tehta tühjaks sidä, mi om toivotadud.17Now I say this: A covenant confirmed beforehand by God in Christ, the law, which came four hundred thirty years after, does not annul, so as to make the promise of no effect.
Ku jäl'gestusen samine ripuiži käskištospäi, ka se ei voiži pohjištuda toivotushe. No Jumal om sen andnu Avraamale, ku oli edelpäi toivotanu.
For if the inheritance is of the law, it is no more of promise; but God has granted it to Abraham by promise.
Min täht siloi om käskišt? Se oli jäl'ghepäi ližatud ozutamha pahoid radoid sihe aighasai, konz tuleb se Avraaman jäl'gnik, kudamban polhe toivotuz sanui. Angelad toiba käskišton kesknikale, a hän andoi sen rahvahale.19Then why is there the law? It was added because of transgressions, until the offspring should come to whom the promise has been made. It was ordained through angels by the hand of a mediator.
A kesknikad ei pida, konz azjad tehmas om vaiše üks' pol'. Jumal om üks'.20Now a mediator is not between one, but God is one.
Om-ik sid' käskišt Jumalan toivotust vasthapäi? Ka ei! Ku oliži anttud käskišt, kudamb voiži antta elod, ka mez' tozi-ki tegižihe tozioiktaks, ku eläiži käskišton mödhe.21Is the law then against the promises of God? Certainly not! For if there had been a law given which could make alive, most certainly righteousness would have been of the law.
No Pühäd Kirjutused sanuba, miše kaik mehed oma grähkän čapiš, miše se, mi om toivotadud, oliži anttud uskondas Iisusaha Hristosaha — hänehe uskojile.22But the Scripture imprisoned all things under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.
No edel uskondan tulendad käskišt varjoiči meid luklon taga sihesai, kuni uskond avaidaižihe.23But before faith came, we were kept in custody under the law, confined for the faith which should afterwards be revealed.
Muga käskišt om tehnus meiden kacujaks Hristosan tulendahasai, miše mö tegižimoiš tozioiktoikš necil uskondal.24So that the law has become our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
A nügüd', ku om tulnu uskondan aig, mö em olgoi enamb sen kacujan valdas.25But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor.
Tö kaik olet Jumalan lapsed, ku uskot Hristosaha Iisusaha.26For you are all children of God, through faith in Christ Jesus.
Kaik tö, keda valatadihe Hristosan nimehe, olet sobnus Hristosaha.27For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
I ei ole erod, oled-ik sinä evrejalaine vai grekalaine, orj vai valdakaz, mužik vai naine, sikš miše Hristosas Iisusas tö kaik olet üks' ünäine.28There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
I ku tö olet Hristosan, ka olet Avraaman jäl'gnikad i sat toivotadud jäl'gestusen.29If you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s offspring and heirs according to promise.
