Chapter 8 | Chapter 8 |
| 1Ka sid' jo ei ole nimittušt kadondsudad nenile, ked eläba Hristosas Iisusas i ei elägoi grähkhižen taban mödhe, a Hengen mödhe. | 1There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. |
| 2Ved' Hengen zakon, kudamb andab elon Hristosas Iisusas, om päzutanu mindai grähkän da surman zakonaspäi. | 2For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death. |
| 3Jumal tegi sen, midä käskišt ei voind tehta, se oli vägetoi meiden grähkhižen taban tagut. Rahvahan grähkiden tagut hän oigenzi tänna ičeze Poigan grähkhižen mehen karččeks. Muga hän sudi mehes rahvahan grähkäd, | 3For what the law couldn’t do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh; |
| 4miše mö, ked eläm Hengen mödhe, a ei grähkhižen taban mödhe, eläižim oiktal elol, kudambal käskeb eläda käskišt. | 4that the ordinance of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. |
| 5Ken eläb grähkhižen taban mödhe, sil oma meles ezmäi kaiked hibjaližed azjad, a Hengen mödhe eläjil oma himod-ki Hengen karččed. | 5For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. |
| 6Grähkhižen taban himod toba surman, Hengen tahtod — elon da mirun. | 6For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace; |
| 7Grähkhižen taban tahtod libuba Jumalad vasthapäi, sikš ku ned ei tahtoigoi olda Jumalan käskišton al da ei voigoi-ki olda. | 7because the mind of the flesh is hostile toward God; for it is not subject to God’s law, neither indeed can it be. |
| 8Nene, ked eläba grähkhižen taban mödhe, ei voigoi olda mel'he Jumalale. | 8Those who are in the flesh can’t please God. |
| 9No tö et olgoi grähkhižen taban valdas, a olet Hengen valdas, sikš ku teiš eläb Jumalan Heng. No se, kenel ei ole Hristosan Henged, hän ei ole Hristosan. | 9But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if it is so that the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if any man doesn’t have the Spirit of Christ, he is not his. |
| 10Ku Hristos om teiš, teiden hibj om kolnu grähkän täht, no heng om eläb tozioiktusen täht. | 10If Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the spirit is alive because of righteousness. |
| 11No ku teiš eläb Jumalan Heng, hänen, ken eläbzoiti Iisusan kollijoišpäi, ka hän, ken eläbzoiti Hristosan kollijoišpäi, tegeb mugažo eläbikš teiden kolijad hibjad Hengen vägel, kudamb eläb teiš. | 11But if the Spirit of him who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you. |
| 12Ka muga, velled, mö olem velgas, no ei grähkhižele tabale, miše eläda muga, kut se tahtoib. | 12So then, brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. |
| 13Ku elät grähkhižen taban mödhe, tö kolet, no ku Hengen abul surmitat hibjan grähkhižed radod, ka sid' voit eläda. | 13For if you live after the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. |
| 14Kaik, keda Jumalan Heng vedäb, oma Jumalan lapsed. | 14For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God. |
| 15Tö et sanugoi orjan henged, kudamb vedäiži möst teid grähkän valdha. Olet sanuded Hengen, kudamb tegeb teid Jumalan lapsikš. I muga mö kirgoudam: «Avva! Tatam!» | 15For you didn’t receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!” |
| 16Se Heng ühtes meiden hengenke iče todištab, miše mö olem Jumalan lapsed. | 16The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God; |
| 17No ku olem lapsed, ka olem mugažo jäl'gestusen sajad, Jumal andab meile jäl'gestusen ühtes Hristosanke. I ku ühtes Hristosanke tirpam mokid, ka korktaha arvoho-ki päzum ühtes hänenke. | 17and if children, then heirs: heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with him, that we may also be glorified with him. |
| 18Minä tulin mugomaha mel'he: necen aigan mokad oma tühjad sen tulijan korktan arvon rindal, kudamb avaidase meiš. | 18For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us. |
| 19Kaik se, mi om Jumalal tehtud, lujas varastab sidä, konz ozutasoiš Jumalan lapsed. | 19For the creation waits with eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. |
| 20Ved' kaikele, mi om tehtud, pidi mända tühjaks ei ičeze tahton mödhe, a hänen tahton mödhe, ken muga om märičenu. No kaikel, midä om tehtud, om nadei, | 20For the creation was subjected to vanity, not of its own will, but because of him who subjected it, in hope |
| 21miše se-ki päzub kolendan valdaspäi, päzub Jumalan lapsiden karččikš valdale i korktaha arvoho. | 21that the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of decay into the liberty of the glory of the children of God. |
| 22Mö tedam, miše kaik, mi om Jumalal tehtud, tähäsai ohkab da mokičese sündutandkibuiš, | 22For we know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together until now. |
| 23i ei vaiše se, a mö-ki, ked olem sanuded Hengen, ezmäižen Jumalan toivotadud lahjoišpäi, ohkam varastaden Jumalan lapsikš tegendad — meiden hibjan tulendad valdale. | 23Not only so, but ourselves also, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for adoption, the redemption of our body. |
| 24Mö olem sanuded päzutandan vaiše nadejas. A ku meiden nadei oliži olnu jo tozi, ka se enamb ei oliži nadei. Ken varastab sidä, midä jo nägeb! | 24For we were saved in hope, but hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for that which he sees? |
| 25No konz nadeimoiš sihe, midä em nähkoi, ka varastam tirpandanke. | 25But if we hope for that which we don’t see, we wait for it with patience. |
| 26Heng mugažo abutab meile meiden vällüziš. Ved' mö em tekoi, miš da kut pidab loita. No Heng iče pakičeb meiden poles sanatomil hengahtusil. | 26In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered. |
| 27I Jumal, kudamb tundeb rahvahan südäimed, tedab, midä Heng tahtoib, sikš ku Heng pakičeb uskojiden poles Jumalan tahton mödhe. | 27He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit’s mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God. |
| 28Mö tedam, miše kaik radab hüväks nenile, ked armastaba Jumalad da keda hän ičeze tahton mödhe om kucnu ičezennoks. | 28We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose. |
| 29Keda hän jo ezmässai om valičenu, heile hän jo ezmässai om märičenu, miše hö linneba hänen Poigan karččed, a hänen Poig oliži ezmäižen velliden sures sebras. | 29For whom he foreknew, he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. |
| 30Ned, keda Jumal edelpäi om valičenu, hän om kucnu; nenid, keda hän edelpäi om jo kucnu, hän om tehnu tozioiktoikš; a keda hän om tehnu tozioiktoikš, heiš hän om tonu sil'mnägubale ičeze korktan arvon. | 30Whom he predestined, those he also called. Whom he called, those he also justified. Whom he justified, those he also glorified. |
| 31Ka midä mö sihe sanuižim? Ku Jumal om meiden polel, ka ken voib olda meid vasthapäi? | 31What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? |
| 32Ku hän ei žalleičend ičeze Poigad, a andoi hänele kolda kaikiden meiden tagut, ka kutak hän ühtes Poiganke ei lahjoičiži meile kaiked tošt-ki? | 32He who didn’t spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things? |
| 33Ken voib väritada Jumalan valitud mehid? Jumal — no hän om tehnu meid tozioiktoikš. | 33Who could bring a charge against God’s chosen ones? It is God who justifies. |
| 34Ken voib sudida kadondaha? Vaiše Hristos Iisus! No hän om kolnu meiden tagut; händast om eläbzoittud kollijoišpäi, i hän ištub Jumalan oiktal kädel i loičeb meiš! | 34Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, yes rather, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. |
| 35Mi voib erigoitta meid Jumalan armastusespäi? Tusk vai ahtištuz, küksend, näl'g vai gol'l'uz', varukahad azjad vai sured veičed? | 35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Could oppression, or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? |
| 36Om sanutud Pühiš Kirjutusiš: — Sinun tagut meid kaiken aigan surmitas, meid pidetas lambhikš pututandan täht. | 36Even as it is written, “For your sake we are killed all day long. We were accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” |
| 37No kaikiš neniš ahtištusiš meile andab täuden päzutandan hän, kudamb meid armastab. | 37No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. |
| 38Lujas uskon, miše ei surm, ei elo, ei angelad, ei toižed hengvaldad da väged, ei nügüdläine da ei tulii, | 38For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, |
| 39ei korktuz' da ei süvüz', ka nimi toine tehtud ei voi erigoitta meid Jumalan armastusespäi, kudamb om tulnu sil'mnägubale Hristosas Iisusas, meiden Ižandas. | 39nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from God’s love which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. |
